University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff is a 4-year public institution founded in 1873. UAPB offers certificates, Associate's, Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctor's degrees. Recipients are determined on a first come, first serve basis. Must submit admissions application, transcript, test scores, scholarship application, and an essay on the “importance of HBCUs and why you are choosing to attend UAPB."
