University of Maryland Eastern Shore is a 4-year public institution founded in 1886. UMES offers certificates, Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctor's degrees. Renewal Requirements:
Renewable for up to 2 years. Detailed renewal requirements are provided in the college contract when the recipient is awarded the scholarship.
